1. Who these terms are with

These terms are an agreement between you and Questly LLC, the company that runs Questly. Its address will be added here before launch. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the privacy notice.

2. Who can use Questly

• You must be 13 or older.
• Rewards are not available to US persons. Other places may be added before launch.
• One account per person. Keep your password to yourself.

3. A test phase, no real money

Questly is a preview running on Solana devnet. Rewards are QUEST test tokens with no real value, and they can't be exchanged for money. Features, task targets and reward amounts may change, and test balances may be reset.

4. How rewards work

• Rewards are paid in QUEST, the app's own token on Solana.
• You get 100 QUEST once when you sign up (one per account and one per phone).
• A group can be just you ("Just me") or up to 10 people. Each group gets one task a day. When every member finishes, the streak grows and each member who finished earns QUEST: 10 × group size × streak. Each member after the first adds 12.5 %, and long streaks multiply the reward.
• Bring a friend: when they join through your link and finish their first task, you both earn 10 % more on daily task rewards, up to +50 % (5 friends). The boost lasts and counts only for a new account on a new phone; the daily limits below still apply.
• Rewards add up in your Questly balance, within daily limits (200 QUEST per person per day for daily tasks). Once QUEST has launched you can claim your balance to the wallet in your app: at least 1 QUEST, once a day, with no network fee. Questly may pause claims for a short time if the reward wallet needs a top-up; your balance is kept.
• Questly is a social app, not a broker or an investment service. QUEST has no price in the app, you can't trade in the app, and nothing on Questly is investment advice.

5. Your wallet

• The app makes a Solana wallet on your phone. You control it with 12 recovery words, which also open the same wallet in Phantom. We never have them, so we can't recover them for you.
• You can send your QUEST to another Solana address, and we pay the network fee. Blockchain transfers can't be undone, so check the address before you confirm.

6. Play fair

• Tasks are checked with your phone's Health app. Don't fake or edit activity data.
• Progress that is faster than a person can move is refused.
• We may hold or cancel rewards earned by cheating, and close the accounts involved.

7. Chats, snaps and photos

• Be kind. No harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, threats, or illegal content.
• You can report a message or block anyone from their profile or the chat.
• We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
• You keep the rights to what you post. You let us store and deliver it to the people you sent it to.

8. Your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings, then Delete account. We may close accounts that break these terms.

9. Still to be written

Liability, warranties, disputes and governing law will be written by Questly LLC's lawyers before launch.
